Il Vascello d’Oro in Carrù is pleased to announce an event dedicated to lovers of Piedmontese cuisine and its excellence: the "Dinner with the Producers – Fassona Experience," scheduled for Friday, February 20th.
A unique evening, designed to showcase the Piedmontese Fassona meat raised according to the SQNZ – National Quality System in Zootechnics specifications, the star of a menu rich in tradition and quality.

This evening is a collaboration with the Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese Rice Protection Consortium DOP and the WinEvolution association, which will accompany the menu with a selection of Piedmont's leading DOC and DOCG wines.
