The selection of house wines
The Vascello d'Oro has historically offered guests a selection of house wines: the Dogliani DOCG, produced from Dolcetto di Dogliani grapes. A sincere, fragrant, and profoundly Piedmontese red wine.
For a few years, we have also been offering our exclusive Langhe Nebbiolo DOC alongside the Dogliani DOC: an intense and harmonious Nebbiolo that expresses character and finesse.
These and other bottles are also available to purchase to-go, for example as a gift or to make a good impression at a friend's house.

Every great dish is enhanced by a good glass of wine: let the Vascello d’Oro staff advise you. The in-house cellar offers selected labels from the best producers in the Langhe (and beyond) as well as delicious house wines prepared, bottled, and labeled exclusively.
Sommelier Marco Cravero has been carefully exploring the local wine scene for years, offering an excellent selection of top-of-the-line wines.
Thanks to this research, driven by a passion for fine wine, alongside labels from large producers (famous and renowned) you can find bottles from small wineries producing high-quality wines. The cellar boasts many great Barolos and Barbarescos.
Crota dl’Amicissia
The room was excavated about 400 years ago and later used as a cellar for storing food in the restaurant.
Today, the Crota dl’Amicissia is the perfect place to store and preserve precious wine labels, but also to sip a good glass of wine, enjoying a cozy and evocative atmosphere, in absolute privacy and tranquility.
